Registration & Account

To register on gobaji, you'll need an active mobile number, an email address, and a valid national ID or passport. You must be at least 18 years old. Registration is completely free and takes just 2 minutes. For more details, Registration page See.

No. gobaji's rules allow only one account per person. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them may be suspended and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is the identity verification process. It is required to make withdrawals and claim major bonuses. Go to Account Settings and upload photos of the front and back of your national ID, along with a selfie. Approval typically takes within 24 hours.

Once KYC verification is complete, your name cannot be changed. To update your phone number, contact support@gobaji.net and verify your identity. For security reasons, this information cannot be changed easily.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Log in and go to the Wallet section, then select "Deposit". Choose your preferred payment method — Mobile Pay, Nagad, or bank transfer — enter the amount, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment. Your balance is usually updated within a few minutes.

The minimum deposit is ৳500. Maximum limits vary by payment method and account level. Mobile Pay and Nagad also have their own daily limits. Verified KYC accounts enjoy higher limits.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Mobile Pay and Nagad usually take 6–12 hours, while bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. KYC verification is required for your first withdrawal.

Occasional delays can happen due to network lag. Wait 15 minutes and refresh the page. If the funds still haven't arrived, contact support@gobaji.net with a screenshot of the payment. Make sure to keep your transaction ID on hand.

gobaji generally does not charge any processing fee for withdrawals. However, your payment provider (Mobile Pay/Nagad/bank) may apply their own charges. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Rollover means you need to place a certain total amount in bets before a bonus can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus with a 5x rollover, you must place a total of ৳5,000 in bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Each bonus may have its own specific conditions.

Odds are a numerical representation of the probability of winning. In decimal format, odds of 2.00 mean that a ৳100 bet returns a total of ৳200 if you win — a profit of ৳100. The higher the odds, the lower the chance of winning, but the greater the potential payout. Match Odds Page See.

Bets generally cannot be cancelled once confirmed. However, gobaji offers a "Cash Out" option in certain cases, allowing you to settle your bet at its current value before the match ends. Cash Out is not available on all bets.

Yes. If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the full stake is generally refunded to your wallet. Single bets are refunded in full; for accumulators, the cancelled leg is voided and the remaining legs are settled as usual.
Safety & Security

On the login page Go to the login page and click the "Forgot Password?" link. A reset link will be sent to your registered email. Click the link and set a new password. The reset link is typically valid for 30 minutes.

Log in, go to Account Settings, and enable two-factor authentication under the "Security" option. You'll receive an OTP on your mobile each time you log in. Keeping this on significantly improves your account security.

Mobile App

The gobaji app is available directly from Download page available there. The APK file for Android and separate instructions for iOS are provided on the page. The app may not be available on the Play Store or App Store, so download it directly from the site.

Go to your phone's settings and enable the "Install apps from unknown sources" option. Settings > Security > Unknown Sources (or Install Unknown Apps) — the APK won't install if this is turned off. You can disable it again after installation if you prefer.

When a new version is available, you'll get a notification inside the app. Alternatively, Download page download the latest version from the download page and install it over the existing one — your data will not be lost.
